All your info is private with us, we think our customers are sacred therefore in no way would we ever jeopardize your trust.
All items to ship as stated in the item title or description. Orders are insured and shipped via Priority Mail international Mail. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail from PAYPAL.. When your order ships you will receive another e-mail with a tracking number. Your package should arrive within a week to 10days after you receive the second e-mail. Please contact us by email for expedited shipping. Please make sure your address is correct and up-to-date on your INTERNET PAY account before placing your order, as AtelierOM is unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped Internationally. AtelierOM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
AtelierOM ships internationally to all countries via designated shipping affiliates. When checking out, if you do not see your country in the shipping list please e-mail us before placing your order. If you choose the wrong country and proceed with checkout, your order will automatically be canceled and your money refunded. AtelierOM is not responsible for any additional duties charged to you by your country. Please understand that with international orders your package may get held up in customs and that shipping might take longer than you expect. Check your local post office for delayed packages in any case.
Returns and Exchanges
Purchases may be exchanged or refunded within 10 days of delivery if unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Returns received 11 days - 30days after delivery will be credited if unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.. Items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable. Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse shipping costs. If you are unhappy with your order please contact us within one week of purchase to obtain refund or exchange authorization. Refund or exchange requests will be denied if not received within this time frame. Many items in the AtelierOM shop are limited quantity, and therefore exchange may not always be possible, in which case you will receive store credit or refund. Returned items must be received by us within 30 days of purchase otherwise we cannot honor your return. Please use trackable shipping with insurance, as we are not responsible for lost packages of returned items.
